So badly want Derek and Karen to get together. I love Karen's boyfriend, but lord the chemistry between Derek and Karen, unf! Ivy can just piss off. Her character annoys the shit out of me.

As a fan of Glee I have to say that both shows are completely different. Glee chooses to do cover songs and nothing original, where as Smash has mostly original songs. It feels like the muscial numers on this show go with the story more so than just sticking one in to hit you're quota of numbers per episode. This show shows the struggles that young actors go through in NYC (and it pretty much does it from a reality based place) and it's about time peopel realize how hard it is here for us.

You know what the worst character on the show? Ellis. I don't care that he is the mole of the show it the fact that he would ruin his chances just so that he can be a producer. So glad that they confirm that he not going to be on the show.

I so love Smash. It seems each episode is over in 5 minutes. This show is most definitely a "SMASH!"
