My Lexus SC300 0 to 100 in 12 seconds

I still need to have it professionally tuned, and my transmission is not so good, but this is the best it has been so far. I of course filmed this at a track in a safe controlled environment.

How much did it cost to covert to manual and did you do it you're self or have someone do it?

That vid was made with the original 2JZ-GE and the auto tranny. I'm now running a slightly newer 2JZ-GE and a W-58 manual tranny, but on less boost.

It's an F1 Racing stage 3 sprung hub 6 puck. I don't know if it's a good brand or not, but it's got about 1500 miles on it now and it's working good. For under $200, I figured I couldn't lose. Just look for F1 racing SC300 on ebay. It's a little grabby, but after a while of driving it, you start to learn how to adjust your driving style. Make sure you break it in properly.
