As in trying to thwart suicide attackers and Kassam rocket strikes? No one in Israel is happy about Palestinian civilian casualties, Mujahid1. No one. But the attacks must stop, and, only then, as Israel has said numerous times - internally and to the world, would it be willing to live next to a peaceful Palestinian state.
