@SovereignBeing : Sounds like you have excessive stagnated waste slowing down your metabolism and nutrients absorption. There a naturopathic approach for a system cleansing on my channel in the comment section.

@SovereignBeing Mustard Greens, no way. Give collard greens a try. Collard greens are not bitter and you can even saute them instead of drowning them the old fashion way where some people cook them to death where the nutrient value is depleted to the nth degree. Ha ha. Give collards a try.

@AquaCherokee27 - well thats good to hear, u must find it really easy to keep ur weight down then.. i dont eat any junk at all.. ! but i have to work really hard in the gym and exercise every day to stop my weight from getting out of hand..yes i was eating sprouted bread but even that blocks me up and has to go..;-(
i just got into kale, its lovely.. and grow most of the other greens... im on iodine so shouldnt matter about thyroid in this case.. but i cant stand mustard greens,.!

@SovereignBeing Fortunately, I have no issues with my thyroid. But generally the diet and processed foods are filled with Sugar and salts. In order to have a balanced diet along with fiber, green leafy vegetables must be a part of your weekly meal plan not necessarily daily but at least 3 - 4 times per week. This was the norm when I was younger and it was rare for children or anyone for the matter to take otc laxatives. Those with bowel problems ate more starchy foods and sugars.
