Helen Bierberg Walsh explains how the cookies are made at the bakery her grandmother, a German immigrant, began in 1913. Bierberg is open only 2 months out of the year and is located in the German Village section of Columbus, Ohio.

  • I certainly would become a customer if I would live close to you. Keeping up the tradition of good baking is important. My friend Lothar Meister does this in Ontario and I visit him every week. Check the slideshow I did for him. I just brought home a platter with a variety of Christmas cookies. I will tell him about you. Thanks
