People can not identify enemy, don't know what they are fighting for. Police localise them on the eastside, savages, blacks, Hispanics, killing. Nobody has answer. Damon asks for graffiti spewed crack house; in sick corners glow bugs flare, camera can't affect people whose self-esteem curls through pipes. Forgotten city, global stories have left defunct icons.
