This is really interesting, that they were able to observe sexual brain activity, and conclude that John was indeed 100% gay. I love the look on John's face when they tell him he's straight - he seriously looked troubled.

We are humans, not machines: bang, tabula rasa disproved. We are very complex at that and there are no absolutes in the human condition. And we cannot always use God as an excuse to hate.

I'm 22 and I still get a boner for woman. I'm just 100% straight at first I thought I was gay but I never did once get a boner for men. Science can't prove a persons sexuality, you are who you are.

@107109 Not really. (Most) people are straight because predominantly we are programmed to be in order to continue the species. Homosexuality is an anomaly, if every member of a species was gay it would die out.

Actually to find out why some people are gay we have to find out why some people are straight...

If someone told me that, after 30-some years of knowing I was gay, they had scientific proof that I was straight, I would have had a heart attack. Kudos to him for not falling to the floor right away!
