the remake is a better comedy than horror

I HATE this movie, i know it's a horror film, and i don't mind seeing rotting corpses, some guy being slowly killed in some horrible way or constant jumps and scares, but the ending WAS HORSE SHIT i kicked my tv for vomiting up that crap! i was enjoying it up until the ending. i felt like it went nowhere, in the end everything was just as satanic and twisted as it had always been, the main character died and some new sucker cops it. i hate these kind of endings. very dissatisfying.
