oh..well im flattered that you asked.
hmm...a metronome is always the best way to go. if youre feeling extra studious, practice both clean and distorted, gradually increasing bpm yadda yadda... just make sure whatever youre doing, youre not sloppy. sloppy means something isnt quite in sync between your fretting hand and picking hand. just slow it down and build it up!
