Not worrying too much about form for the pullups, just working on a few things after work and after my original workout to boost powaahhh. Just a few one arm pullups here and an iso bench set.

  • Have you ever tried gymnastic bodyweight skills like the front lever, back lever, handstand pushups, or planche?

  • @phyzxman I have never tried the back lever and front lever stuff. not sure what it does that would actually help me.... and yep! i just began planche pushup training! i saw a few guys online do them and i thought to myself.. hey..thats neat! lol i suck right now but i am working on it i can do like 5 hahaha oh.. question.. how the heck do you breathe while planched? that a word? lol

  • Even if you don't train it regularly, I'd like to see how well you can do a front lever. I'm subscribing, and I'll be waiting!

  • For the bench press at 1:00 I make that 4 x 45lbs plates + 2 x 10lbs plates + 10 lever weight = 210lbs = 95Kg on each arm. A total bench of 420lbs = 190Kg for 5 reps!!! Good job.

  • Man! If you armwrestle, other guys will be shocked by your complete muscle mass. you pull yourself up with your whole body, focusing on your arms, which makes them looks the best, but also makes you very strong too.

    if you ask me, in your case, your form doesnt really matter,

    it, works.
