I met Jon Provost in the early 70's. He was a roommate of a friend in Graton, CA. A very cool guy. Still has those big dimples!

Thanks SO much for showing the GREAT Lassie shows!! My dog, Tillie and I grew up with Lassie when I was a kid! I've had dogs ALL my life and WISH there were more shows like Lassie on the air!! Ah,,,how I wish for the nice, wholesome shows we had back then. I feel very sorry for today's kids...growing up with all this garbage on the air,

In 1958 our neighbour had a dog that looked exactly like Lassie and he was so smart. The owner was Deek Hodgins and his Lassie was a most kind dog. Deek never married. He resembled Errol Flynn and looked after his widowed mom.His Lassie (he named his collie Lassie) was loved by everyone in the hamlet of Farran's Point, Ontario.
