  • ok so i have a question? if a person has short hair (2-5 inches) can you do this same technique on them? would you press the natural textured hair out first? then if this style last for 2-3 months then how would you keep your natural texture(summer time swell lol) from not mixing properly... oh that was more than one question lol

  • @hermusicsoundsgood depending on the style you want to achieve ,this technique can be done on hair 2-5 inches. for natural hair i said use curly hair so you don't have to keep pressing the hair as the texture match.

  • Hmmm, this is not malaysian weaving as I know it.

  • @pinkysingh007 there's 2 ways of doing the malaysian weave 1 with thread bas or the one i show with the beads.

  • how long does this last

  • @mzdynomite21 This technique last you anywhere between 2-3months

  • this girls hair is already long

  • Maybe the stylist is using Malaysian Hair, but this is NOT The Malaysian Weave Technique! The Malaysian Weave Technique does not use beads or braiding, is less stressful to your natural hair and is not lumpy to the touch!!!

  • Just a little info for those of you who think this is like micro links its not.. she is using the micro link beads but not the hair. Micro link extensions use individual strands this method uses the links as the base then u sew the normal track hair.. slightly different

  • THERE are TWO WAYS!!! 2 Do a MALAYSIAN WEAVE!!! 1 tym for the people who keep trying to misinform the viewers. But to the poster is there a way to touch up the weave?? like can u reopen the beads and slide then up if ur hair grows fast??

  • I love it. Where do you get your Malaysian supplies from?

  • You're awesome at what you do!!!!!

  • dang how long does this take! id rather jus get a sew in!

  • @love83forever Weave is not just for length. People also get it to add body and volume to their hair.

  • so i=would this be similar to a fusion weave?

  • @HairstringLlc Oh, ok,,,thanks for clarifying! :)
