Day of Defeat: Source

Playing two of the bundles games with the (Sapphire) HD2900XT, 512mb, 512-bit GDDR-3 card.

Day of Defeat: Source runs fantastic at 100FPS with 8xMSAA, 16xAF and highest settings in general. Even if the game is all crap and this modded server is the best it gets without beeing too entertaining even then. Makes me just wish Team Fortress 2 launches soon as the Black Box (now Orange Box) is bundled with the video card.
And yes, that spray is the previous pope holding a HD2900XT.

Half Life 2: Lost Coast runs quite a bit sluggier, as it's more CPU-dependent as there's more stuff going about such as AI and so on. Playing on highest settings, 6xAA and 16xAF with 90FPS and 68-75FPS during fights. The framerate can also go way down for a small time from time to time since my processor is still pretty old.

Half Life 2: Deathmatch was also bundled but expect about the same performance in that game as in the Lost Coast.

Overall the bundle with the Sapphire HD2900XT is fantastic, the cheapest high-end card with the most bundled products (rated slightly over $110 in softwares) - a more detailed list concludes: Half Life 2: Episode Two, Portal, Team Fortress 2, Half Life 2: Lost Coast, Half Life 2: Deathmatch, Day of Defeat: Source, 3dMark06, PowerDVD 6 and the Steam client on the disc, which is very convinient.

Power Supply: Thermaltake Toughpower 750W.
Motherboard: Gigabyte nForce-4, K8 Triton, socket 939.
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3700+ (2250mhz).
RAM: 2048mb of DDR-400mhz (4x512mb)
Video Card: Sapphire HD2900XT, 512-bit, 512mb GDDR-3, PCI-E.
Audio Card: Creative Soundblaster X-fi Xtreme Gamer
Harddrive: 200GB, IDE-based Barracuda, 7200RPM.

Recording using Fraps 2.8.1 Full. FPS-Cap is set to 40FPS. WMV-format is set to 25FPS anyways so you won't notice the framerate that badly more when it drops from time to time due to the CPU-stress of recording in high-format while also playing.

Black box is now known as the orange box? Well, the orange box is for the xbox 360. The Black box was just canceled and won't be bundled.

The orange box is for all systems, the black box is for the HD2900XT bundle with "only" HL2: Episode 2, Portal and Team Fortress 2 - notwith Episode one and whatever more might come in the bigger box.

I love the level system in some servers, I don't get how you can't like this game. It's so awesome I can't wait to get my updated PC and play the game on the highest settings :D
