Seeing the comments to this vid, it seems many people won't hear music in these sounds, nor in the sounds of: a flowing spring, wind in the trees, clatter of restaurant cutlery, city traffic, ants digging in the sand and radio frequencies emitted by pulsars - they'll perceive it as random noise.
Then again many other people will see this as music.
I think the question would not be whether this IS music or not; it's whether YOUR perception of music includes this or not - simple.
