You were born sovereign, a "PERSON" is a legal fiction so you cannot be a "PERSON" for the reality of your breath. My belief is that the Government agents all presume that you consent to their social contract to comply, you simply rebut their presumption and put the proof of burden back onto them!

A default judgment signed by a notary? What? What on earth is he talking about? Its rubbish. Nonsense. Anyone, go ask a notary whether they can issue a default judgment. I guarantee you that they will look at you as if you have lost your mind.

Only if they can establish you are a person, a corporate entity. Once they can do that, they can apply corporate statues to you. Otherwise, you fall under common law.
