Stefan Wester plays Variations on the Russain folk song "Mother dear, I have a headache" by Mikhail Vyssotsky (1791-1837). Performed on the Russian seven-string guitar. Recorded in concert 15 June 2008.
Very nicely done, very Russian :-) I guess we Northern people share something in terms of deep passion. But also it's played with beautiful sound and lots of imagination -- I think I will never get tired of this piece...
Wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
