When? I never use it for no reason. I use it immediately after I use bluff. And, I also have mortal blow on my bar.
f1=mortal blow
f2=deadly blow
f3=lethal blow
f4=cp
f5=backstab
f6=bluff
f7=blinding blow (only used for speed)
