I just bought this model and I must be doing something wrong. I captured video, uploaded it via USB to the Everio program it comes with and the video comes out blurry and choppy and the picture is anything but clear and high def. Looks worse than my non-hi def camcorder shots. I can add the URL for my video if anyone thinks they might be able to help me solve this issue.

That's one scabby looking pigeon!

Still beats me why some people would want to use itunes to view video files in HD.
@OP how does the camera fair in low-light condition. Do you have any test clip you can post here? Would really appreciate it. Thanks.

@TakeDown105, the reason why the video quality of your clip sux when you try to view it is because you're using an audio player like itunes to view it. itunes is not designed for that buddy. I'd suggest you use VLC player (a freeware open-source app) that can play almost nearly any file format. And if you need to edit (which you should) your videos, use programs like Pinnacle Studio, Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas or Corel VideoStudio X2. Peace!

No it doesnt

Dont use the Everio program it SUX for rendering video... was so mad they even included this cuz it confused me too. Buy a good HD editing program and u'll be fine.

Probably a 8 or 16GB SDHC

Make sure the video that is being imported is actually IN the HD file format youtube wants it in.
-
i doubt it does.

What quality mode was the camera set on? The picture looks sharp but the motion looks choppy.
