  • It seems that the train in 0:15 is not so crowd, why there are still people stand outside the door?they should go inside the train and close the door.

  • @on0307 Dats One thing Mumbaikars cant do!!!!! They travel in crowded trains the whole day!!!!! so even if the trains is empty the will stand on the door!!!! Also the train has just started frm the station of Origin so a bit empty!!!! The will get more crowed!!!! Also the train seems tobe fairly crowded!!!! The empty compartments are actually 1st Class, Ladies Class and For Handicaps!!!!!

  • Good Video! One question the new grey colour locals are DC or AC?

  • @lukebccb Investment in safety & a culture change is required on the Mumbai Locals. If anyone is backward its the people, authorities & government running the suburban train system not Indians in general.

  • Wow! How exciting & dangerous at the sametime.

  • @Onweergek No DB (Germany) have the busiest railway in the world!

  • Why is 100 km/h special? In my country, the Netherlands... we have the busiest railways in the world. Local, semi-fast or intercity trains all run 140-160 km/h.

Suburban trains also have doors wich all need to be closed before the train is able to depart.

In my country, trains are really crowded during rush hour, but the trains drive quickly behind each other so you don't have to wait long for your train. In my country, walking on the tracks is prohibited. You'll be fined for it. Nice video!

  • @lukebccb most rail accidents in india are due to people getting run over. hardly any accidents occur due to people falling out of trains. in india, intercity trains and metro trains have doors. but not suburban trains due to the "super dense crush load" as its called here...

  • In ALL other countries trains and subways have safety mechanisms that prevent the train from moving if any door is stuck open. It's simple common sense safety. If Indian rails figure "cooling the coach is preferrable to safety" then it's not a good sign of Indian thinking and furthers views that Indian is a backward place.
