C5 Corvette VS Mach 1

This is my C5 (stock with CAI and exhaust) VS a 2003 or 2004 Mach1 Mustang (with exhaust and?). I saw the guy on the highway and we started racing each other lol. Don't mind me speaking to myself either. The mach1 pulled hard. I'm not sure what was done to it. But in the end, I wound up the winner. Even if it only was by a nose. The race is at 2:00 and starts with 3 honks, and went from about 80MPH-140MPH about. The rest is just screwing around. Enjoy!

Looks like the Mach 1 has IRS. You can tell by the exhaust

Its probably just a stock mach with boltons. Machs and c5s are a pretty close match.

Yeah, 3.73's would really make a difference. A few people I know went with the 3.42's and they were really happy with the performance gains. 3.73's are even better I'm sure. Thanks for the reply and good luck with your C5.

@IrishChris1979 it's a 98. A4 LS1 with 2.73's =( that's going to be my first mod when I can afford it lol. thinking about 3.73's

What year is your C5? Does it have the 2.73 or optional 3.15 gearing?
