its not just mexico taking advantage of the boarder issue; its the u.s and other nation that we do business with. big money makers do not want it to become any harder to smuggle things in and out of the u.s... it will always be a problem..

the money made from the boarder being open is why the government wont go through with the project. the us prophets greatly from doing legal and illegal business with the boarder being not secure.. they do hate the crime but the love the money more
