what's a 'Merry Melody' Do you mean 'Golden Melody'? Howard's unique. Should all players be compared to him? My collection by now (and I'm an amateur who plays at home for myself), now runs probably to $5,000+. Some of us become 'collectors' after taking up playing. I play chrom. mostly. No way to do what Fred did here on a chrom. The sound/tone is entirely different. Best to have a good diatonic set up for OB's as he has. Even amateurs own sets of good harps, including Hohners,Seydels, etc

Did they do a sponsor announcment in the middle of it all? what a disgrace!

No fighting. That is an expensive harp. Howard Levy uses a Merry Melody to get his over-blows. Considerably cheaper. I'm a serious harpman who lucked out with an awesome dog. My harp collection runs over $1000. No Seydels, but if I were paid the big bucks to play one, I'd go for it. My comment was not meant to be negative. Yonnet is spectacular! I play for free for elementary school audiences, where we need to teach interest in harp playing.

Understand it and understand it well, the next comment comes from somebody who's passion is to make his dog bark with his harmonica...

Understand it and understand it well, the harp Yonnet is playing will set you back 60 bucks. With that, you could buy a small Chrome and come up with the similar sound, with the ability of additional trills. okharpman
