My 11 Forte is wonderful. Test drive one for yourself, the car freaking rocks! I take "professional" car reviews lightly, I come to my own conclusions. Kia is coming on strong...and the new Forte is a great step in the right direction.

when you put your foot on the gas, you WILL hear the engine noise no matter how expensive the car is ... as longas you've got enough passing power, I actually enjoy a little bit of engine sound coming through the cabin ..... Kia has moved to 6 speed auto for 2011 ..... just a great car overall.

I have a 2010 Kia Forte EX. I love it. Have had it for almost a year now. No buzzing or noises from anything in the car when I drive. The engine has suprisingly good pickup. Low noise levels when I'm on the highway too. The only thing is I didn't upgrade to the leather seats. The cloth seats feel a little uncomfortable when you take it for long trips. Also just a tad bumpy at times but other than that nothing bad to say. I'm glad I bought this car.
