Works great. I used to do squats by only going down to 90 degrees or 95 degrees but i started having pains in my knees. I talked to my doctor and after he did some checking he told me i wasn't doing the full range of motion. I started going down to where my ass almost touched the back of my legs, like squatting to take a crap in the woods. My knee pain is gone. But you wouldn't believe how many people tell me i'm doing it wrong when i go down that far. they tell me to stop at 90 degrees.

i totally agree with you here elliot, the ankles and calf are issues in my squat. lus the feet forward stance is uncomfortable to me. one thing i'd say is that the feet pointing out target your groin more while the feet forward targets the quads more., its not substantial though.

I never did squats before because I thought they would hurt my knees more, but I recently started doing squats(deep) and they knee pain is nowhere to be found!
