So you have some amino acids, it's in a liquid, (pick one except maybe some of the heavy duty acids) you have a little heat like on Mars (-40f is a sauna comparatively) and you have time. (Sorry about all the parentheticals) OK, amino acids, liquid, heat and time. You will have life and we will find it on Mars, but because the Martian core cooled so fast it never had much of a magnetic field which, (as on Earth) is crucial for protection from the suns radiation. The poor protozoa were doomed.
