what kind of paper do you use to print .

i use cardstock. anything thicker than paper that wont tear too easily will do :)

do you have to cut it perfectly

and can i like put the paper on the foam and cut it so i dont'have to cut the foam again ?

Alvaro Uribe he uses EVA Foam it's also known as plastazote foam or closed cell foam and u can buy it off eBay
