Chef Chad Loveland - my TOP CHEF, from Chef Marti Mongiello

A wonderful show has been on TV in the Northeast for almost 5000 episodes now and has a great name of, "Cooking with Class." Hosted by Chef Frank Terranova, he has been a good friend and mentor! Frank is also a senior instructor at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. When Frank offered to do a mini-series on myself cooking, I instead asked him if he could maybe do two shows on myself and use the other three to do on my guys!
