Creamy Red Grape Salad 7 minutes
This salad complements many dishes and is also a great snack. The creamy dressing enhances the sweet, juicy grape flavor.
Ingredients for Creamy Red Grape Salad
4 ounces fat-free cream cheese
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons Splenda granular
11/2 pounds red seedless grapes, stems removed and rinsed
Instructions
In a medium-size bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract, and Splenda granular with an electric mixer.
Place rinsed grapes in the bowl with the cream cheese mixture, and mix well with a spatula.
Serve.
