This is a progressive roundtable discussion featuring myself and Zach, aka FeelFreeToArgue, and Brendon, aka Funkalunatic, this episode talking about regulatory capture and what it means in our everyday lives. We talk about lack of transparency in government, specifically the Federal Reserve System, and how businesses take over the regulatory agencies of government, and implant an ideology favorable to their profit motive in the political system.

@55ella2007k We're TOTAL idiots to even think regulatory agencies are a safeguard for the people.

The whole monetary system is a failure in regard to being conducive to humanity/citizenry in a long term sustainable way.

Well, it's not just that Regulatory Agencies (designed to protect the public good) are just being lobbied by the industries they are supposed to regulate, but now they are actually STAFFED by these industry insiders to specifically WEAKEN the regulatory mechanism, to undermine it, if you will. Banking is the most obvious, at the moment, but look at the FDA, the FAA , the EPA and the FCC.
