Nine News Melbourne with Tony Jones (21 June 2010)

Well, Tony Jones has finally been given a go in the newsreading chair at GTV9. I believe this is the first time he has presented since the early 2000s.

What is very interesting is that Jo Hall is not in the chair. Infact, this is probably the first time someone other than Hitchener or Hall has read a weeknight bulletin here in Melbourne possibly since Brian Naylor's retirement. It shall be interesting to see if this is a permanent move...

So, with Tony in the big chair, Lisa Andrews has moved into the sport presenter role, and Brodie Harper continues to fill-in on the weather (hopefully we get to see Livinia again soon...)
