GoPro HD Hero Indoor Go-Karting

Pole Position Raceway in Corona, CA. I just got the new GoPro HD Hero for my birthday and I wanted to try it out before taking it to the motocross track. I must say I was impressed with its quality. To give you a couple points of reference that highlight this camera's awesomeness, I was unable to film much of anything with the original 3.1MP standard defnitition GoPro camera. That camera only liked broad daylight- no overcast, no indoors etc. Also, I have a video posted of this go kart track from a couple years ago. That video was shot with a MotoComm DSR-100, which retails for $360. The GoPro HD hero was only $300, and the GoPro's quality is greater by an obviously large margin. Please realize that the quality level you see this video at is greatly dimished for a couple reasons. First, I had to convert the file from its original MPEG4 format to a WMV file in order for it to be compatible with my video editing software and my laptop's hardware. Second, the video viewr youtube offers is better than many online, but it is still nothing special. These facts are true regarding all of my videos, but it has even more of an impact on my HD videos. @MiniMontageMaker idk...this was just a camera test for me. it was literally the first time i used it. people dont realize the floor is semi polished and no im not the fastest at this place, just faster than the vast majority. everybodys tough behind a computer

im 14 and even im wondering why your feathering the throttle through sections where you could be flat out with ease

each cart drives differently... some have enough power to just blow the back end loose. im just tryin to be smooth and not over drive the cars. btw...do u race here?
