no one like frank Zappa, hard to believe the yellow shark was the 2nd Zappa album i purchased, (after only Joe's garage) love his classical work, and this ensemble is truly talented!

@AlwaysAbiggerFish Zappa was known for his dislike and contempt for white middle america, so much so, that he called for their victimisation and eventual eradication ... :-o
Or, it's because the original compostion, into which this evolved, used entirely the white keys of the piano.

Yes indeed mightyafrowhitey i agree, its nice to know he got to see his music performed buy some "really fine musicians" before his passing. I had the previlege of attending two of his shows in the 80's at the montreal forum...Amazing!!
