@5DAMN5 I've actually never rooted a MyTouch, however I'm sure if you search on YouTube you can find a video showing how to root it :).

I have my phone Rooted & running MikFroyo. & backed-up also.. I had to take it in for repairs to the Sprint store all u have to do is Flash it back to STOCK rom. & I put my old miniSD 8gb back inside.. & kept my 32gb miniSD chip in my wallet. for 1-2 day's then i got my phone back then just did a Restore. back to my MikFroyo Rom. it's simple & quick too. Sprint never knew My Evo was rooted.

hey.. i really need help...i install cyanogen from rom manager and its not working, all it does is is load the HTC screen then the cyanogen (mod) screen comes up it has a blue droid figure and a circle around it but thats it keep on the same screen help me plz
