All I have to do is read the American Medical Association's reports on an al tearing, ruptured lowered intestines, parasite infestation, passing along of stds, etc. to know the biological effects of homosexual sex. The anus doesn't have a natural lubricant to ease insertion. The vagina, on the other hand, does. That's biology 101.
