  • and how much a piano like that???

  • @renanrr95

Very high cost: about 20.000 $ ... but is a great piano !!

  • So, if you have on a cd with a MIDI file on it, will it play it?

  • @ultimatenerd22 Sure !!

  • Hi Peter! Beautiful music and very entertaining. I have an older version of the Disklavier on my Yamaha G3 and I really enjoy it, but this DS6 is amazing! I would like to learn more. By the way, I recently recorded some video for YouTube playing on my Yamaha. I would love to share them with you, just search "Lisa Linsky" on YouTube.

  • @LisaLinsky

    Ciao Lisa !!

Thank you for your comment !! I think that Peter read your interesting opinion !

    Best wishes from Italy.

  • wow! that yamaha grand piano is soooooooo great! perfect sound! i love it!

  • HOLY SHIT i love that thing!!!

  • I want one of these, when i grow up....

  • Can someone tell me what chords he plays in the funky song?

  • @mikefox1974 i'd rather pay $100,000 and get a realy piano. a STEINWAY

  • @mikefox1974 yeah, but here in brazil a most simple yamaha model cost like 16.000 $... everthing is expensive here :/

  • @SupahflyJazzguy I apologize, Punta del Soul is originally by Peter Grusin, but it still stands that Gordon Goodwin had both those songs on his album "Act Your Age."

  • @pinkieldred Listen to the song "Yesterdays" by Gordon Goodwin, because that's exactly what he did. He took the famous 1949 recording of Art Tatum playing Yesterdays and put it into a Disklavier, adding his own big band backgrounds, and recording the acoustic piano recreating Art's performance. Interestingly enough, the song that Peter used at the end with the Alto sax solo is "Punta del Soul" by Gordon Goodwin.
