Ear candles are a dangerous scam!

Ear candles do not work and they are dangerous!
They can potentially cause painful and serious damage to one's ear!

I use ear candles once a month.

And i've NEVER been hurt by themm.

This video has it all wrong. First rule of anyone who does era candling is NEVER do this to yourself!!! Yes, a person can be hurt this way. Second, those that say ear candling removes ear wax just don't know the true usage. The warmth and smoke softens the ear wax, not "sucking it out". A third, I never hold the candle dirctly perpendicular the the ear. More of a 90 degree angle.

@SDorje There is no right way to do this. There is no reason at all for doing it in the first place. All the respected (non-quack) medical sources recommend against ear candling.

ear candles do nothing.. They can't suck out ear wax and no one has that much wax anyway.. burn one not in your ear and burn one in your ear. Look into both and they are just the same, The wax you think came from your ear, is nothing more than the wax on the paper..
