If this was around 1995, according to Whit herself on Oprah, she was on drugs. She said she started before the bodyguard but things picked up after that. She kills it here though.. Best female singer in the world ! THE VOICE

I don't care what anyone says about Whitney Houston, the woman could sing and act. Her voice was a powerhouse many today cannot match. Oh there are many imitators but there will be never be any duplicators. Ms.Whitney already placed her signature on all her tunes, no one in this entire world can sing her song like her. I will always her fan, regardless of what problems she have.
