  • Why do some blacks make so many fucking accuses?, u eat too much and you gain weight, go blame god at least it would make you sound smarter,

  • @bcroger2 How in the hell are we making "accuses"? ...LOL!

Take some grammar lessons before trying to check someone on their intelligence..lol & smh

  • One thing I LOOOOOOVE about my mother, She worked a full-time job for the government, She was, and is a current servant of the most high God, And she prepared balanced meals each and every night for her family. We always had a meat, carb, veg, and dessert with every meal. Packaged foods have cancer causing agents.

  • @Bronzstar We need more mothers like that, ESPECIALLY today!

  • I disagree, the food choices made by "fat," people are just that CHOICES. Fat is a choice, regardless of what you eat IF you commit to exercising you will maintain a healthy body weight.... The excuses must stop and the action and commitment needs to start. IN MY OPINION.

  • @Zs4kingZ This is not about making excuses, but talking about each contributor ...there are people, I know, who don't eat very much at all ..but they are on educated on WHAT it is that they are eating ...You can't make change, when you don't know how to change, or what to change ...you have to recognize and realize everything that contributes to your weight/health - whether it's stress, your diet, your mobility, your medication, your pregnancy, your metabolism...

  • I do agree with the basic chart of height to weight ratio. It is inaccurate and known for that. But the issue of obesity actually deals with specific body fat. meaning that infra red testing fat calipers, you name it, they get an accurate reading of a person's body fat ratio. obesity starts at 30% (Fat not Muscle) and normally range from 33% and up. That means 60 to 70 pounds and more of body fat. Black White Asian Indian whatever, that is just not healthy.

  • I so wanna respond to this video but speaking publicly is so far outside my comfort zone. This video has however, inspired me to say something. First I wanna u ARE beautiful FAT woman n I mean that RESPECTFULLY. That is the primary problem I see about that the word FAT as it is wielded around like some negative thing and it is not. We are ALL NOT MEANT TO BE THE SAME SIZE OR SHAPE AS GOD MADE US ALL AND WE ARE WONDERFULLY MADE! Bear with me as I find the courage 2 speak fully on this topic

  • Good for u but thats too skinny from me, i want to be in shape but not look like im starving. A size 2 is too small for me. But thats good that u live a healthy life style.

  • @Lashid4u

Who cares if I spelled a word wrong? At least I take responsibility for my own actions and don't overeat, and complain about being fat.

  • What you are describing as far as the abundance of Liquor Stores and corner stores is called "Red Lining" and "Liquor Lining"

  • @MsRoyalTreasure I'm a black woman, and I've always been a size 2. Much of this is simply due to my eating and exercising habits. I do not eat fast food, and I cook all of my meals, which are mostly comprised of vegetables.

  • If black women would avoid fast food and start cooking foods which are primarily vegetable based, many would loose weight very quickly. Also, exercising for 30 minutes a day would also help tremendously as well.

  • @yvonnia yes bw bones are denser compared to other races of women. That can add to your weight too.
