Zohra and Parveen are names of the stars in farsi, urdu, and other languages and hence female first names in areas like central asia, afghanistan and neighboring countries like iran and pakistan.
Zohra is Venus (hence used for someone to denote her beauty)
Parveen is same as Soraya or Pleiades. At least in Pakistan used for someone chaste and beautiful. Not sure about the rest of the countries.
