Canned bacon is great, took a couple jars camping and used the bacon grease all week long to grease anything we needed to. I make bacon gravy out of the bacon crumbles cooked in a pan. Really good. Thanks again to you and Katz ;)

That's what I found also on the bacon the oven is the way to go. Blessings!

Sorry, all I heard was Bacon........mmmmmmm....what was I saying????

Never heard of canning bacon...never heard of canning hotdogs either until I watch your other video. Just got my canner a couple days ago so I'm gonna have to try this...just as soon as I find some jars at a good price.
You are so welcome, my brother. You're right...the oven's the way to go. It's just too delicate to poke with a fork and turn in a pan. After all, it already cooked and is as tender as can be. You'd be too if you'd been cooked for 90 minutes in a pressure canner! I've got to try the wieners you showed...haven't done that yet.
