On 10/29/08 Mark McAfee, owner of Organic Pastures Dairy in Fresno Cal., came down to speak at the first Weston Price Foundation Chapter meeting here in San Diego. Unbelievable. Simply unbelievable. The american people have been duped by conventional wisdom regarding health, advertising, and the FDA. Unbelievable. I'm going home to California in a week and trying Raw Milk from my Whole Foods Market store for the first time.

If you at all concerned about drinking raw milk, you can easily ferment raw milk into kefir, yogurt, villii, etc. Using cream, you can make butter or creme fraiche. Wonderful stuff. The important here is what the cows are eating and how they are treated.

I found some raw milk, $10 a gallon and worth it. I am 40 years old and have never had it. Always past/Hom milk.

I think it is cleaning out my colon. Not to be gross but, really.  The black tarry stuff doctors talk about was in the stool.
