Actually it's CRAP!!
Only American airlines are worse, but everybody knows that the american airlines are horrible. Being better than them isn't sufficient, and is certainly not good enough.

I'm sorry to hear that. I work for THAI in sales, and believe the service is the best part of the airline, so if you're not satisfied with that part, than I am worried.
You're right though, compared to SIA, we are less expensive. How are the hostesses unfriendly? I've heard from Thais they often feel they aren't treated as well as Westerners on board.

I am not Singaporean and I never flew SIA, though I heard it's very good. In any case, I have to tell you this:
Thai Airways is probably the worse airlines in the world. It sucks!!! The air hostesses are really unfriendly!
Though it's cheaper than the others, so I often fly them.
Every time I fly Thai Airways I say "never again". But then I fly Thai Airways again because it's cheaper than the others
