Thanks for sharing this great song that I haven't heard in years. In 1959 when it came out my older sister starting going steady in a high school with a football player named Jimmy and she sang this all the time. They got married in 1962 and raised 2 children. Jimmy passed away in 1987 and they had their goodbye then.
