4409 -- Pirate admits Spying on residents from park!

I confront a pirate spying on the residents of mesa via their mobile command center.

The residents of Mesa, AZ paid for a park they did NOT pay for a pirate training and interogation facility.

They are in the park everyday harassing kids, setting up surveillance, running amuck on the park grass, illegally parking their 40 foot $500,000 uber duber homeland security spy headquarters on park grounds.

People go to parks to have fun, have picnics, ride their bikes, and play with their dogs. They don't go there to be harrased and asked for their walking papers from pirates.

They have not been back since this encounter.

nonsense.wether the vehicle should have been bought or not ..seems moot at this point..the fact is that it has been purchased.(probably to be used as a command post for different police situations)..and if not needed elsewhere at times, why not there?.''residents'' not engaging in illegal activity in the park would not have any problem with police presence..as for your point that criminals are everywhere.that may be - but most places have some form of security the park does not and they know it

I dont see you with children so my guess is that you would not need to concern yourself with anyone that might have other reasons for being there other than enjoy the park..what exactly do you think the cops are there for? to arrest anyone that might be running faster than the posted speed limits. y u so concerned really?

The Sender/Receiver is on the left and the Camera is on the right. Its purpose it to transfer live streaming data to a "fusion center" in central Phoenix from adjacent cities in the county. Protect and serve my ass. I dug up a story of a serial rapist named Gregory Tyson Below who raped seven women from 2004 through 2010, and when one of the victims tried to report the rape to cops, they just kept sending her to different stations. With another victim, one police officer asked her if the violent attack on her was a dope date, whatever a 'dope date' is, never heard that one before. @RP4409 hey man, what your doing is cool but there is really nothing wrong with what the cop is doing here... here in bern, switzerland where i live there is constant police patrolling in their cars (you can be sure that a police care will drive through your street every 5 minuts) and there are undercover cops everywhere, but nobody cares, even the hippies dont, i think cops are more reasonable than the U.S, but calling out a cop for surveying is mean, whats more he wasent hiding it, its his job
