A bit of horse trouble! I was instantly surrounded as I set my self up. Naturally three of the horses posed for my closing shot, showing their disdain.

Saturday evening, a couple of engineering trains, the return of a tour from Carlilse and something very rare for me to film - a unit. I had noticed a bit of 'froth' on the gen groups about this one so as it was there, thought I'd better film it!

20303 & 20309 6M56 Berkeley - Crewe, thought I'd try somewhere a little different and film as the crew hand in the token for the Berkeley branch, seeing the train then go into the loop a drive to Swindon Village was in order.

Tuesday 24th May
31106 1q12 Derby RTC - Bristol Barton hill. Booked to go into Lansdown loop I was not disappointed to see it actually do what it was meant to do. A little drive down the road then saw me reaching over the 8 foot palisade to film the departure from the loop.

Wednesday 25th May
31106 1q12 Gloucester - Derby RTC. Having left Bristol and travelled around South Wales for the day the 31 then came up the Severn estuary via Lydney, this resulted in the train being 'turned' and so, to my dismay the 31 was still pushing.

Thursday 26th May
57009 & 57008 6m67 Bridgewater - Crewe. Two ronnies on the flasks today, makes a change I suppose.

Saturday 28th May
37087 & 37194 with 66135 dead on the rear working 1z57 Tame bridge parkway - St. Blazey. Pathfinders tour 'The Kernow Irrupter' slightly spoilt by the bad timed unit arriving.

Tuesday 31st May
60074 & 60084 6e41 Westerleigh - Lindsey. 84 had failed earlier (to early for me) in the morning on the way down, 74 was then given the pleasure of dragging the whole ensemble down to Westerliegh and back. Still a double headed class 60 I couldn't miss that now could I.
