oh yeah and if you can't defeat an espada you're a meat shield(chad beat an espada a privaron espada but still a high level arrancar) and uryu too and both are still alive and stronger than ever

Okay, although you are correct about Uryu being a genius (and`a fast genius at that) they classify quite clearly that Uryu and Chad are of the same level of ability by views of Tite.

according to the manga, indeed if you are not Arrancar of decent level or Soul Reaper Captain class, you are a meat shield. Sure they get in some good hits, but get steam rolled eventually.

This is how all anime/manga are though, not one of the main villians/good guys, you mean nothing. Too many filler battles in Bleach tho >=\

Well that's not true Orihime is pretty strong too she just doesn't know how to use her power that well yet. Also, she doesn't have the heart to hurt anyone or anything unless someone's life is at stake. Especially Ichigo's Life.
