Video trailer for The Monster of Perugia - The Framing of Amanda Knox raises just a few of the outstanding questions surrounding the murder of Meredith Kercher in Perugia, Italy. Amanda and Raffaele have been completely exonerated after spending more than four years in prison. Questions of their guilt or innocence are now answered. Rudy Guede committed the murder, but why was Rudy allowed to go free by Perugian authorities? And why didn't Prosecutor Mignini object when the murderer received a reduced sentence?

Why is a good question. People like Mignini are the ones that make life hell for the rest of us. In my opinion there is little difference between Rudy Guede (the murderer), and Mignini. In my opinion both are heartless self centered individuals.

The whole thing was obviously a frame up, You don't draw an conclusion and then spend 45 looking over and over for the tiniest bit of evidence. Their first search, before they had rushed to judgment, had come back with all the evidence any logical person needs to see this for exactly what it is, a break in gone bad by a known burglar acting alone like he always did. I did hate the awful piano music running in the background during this thing. It reminded me of farcical silent movie.

@Nightowl2548 This prosecution was an awful, farcical charade. The music is Beethoven, and the relentless, driving nature was chosen to reflect the relentless efforts to find guilt where there was none. Why did Mignini ignore all evidence that pointed to Rudy until it was blindingly obvious, and then proceed to minimize his involvement? You still don't see that question properly raised anywhere in the mainstream media.
