@EeveryThingTech yes it does you just have to hold it in the correct spot , usualy the lower half of the phone.

lol "death grip" i do love this phone though, and its brother/sister(?) cousin (?) Samsung Galaxy S

I did a trick on my DX where I can make all the bars go away whenever I want lol. and it says ATT for my network. And when I turn it on it says 'FAIL PHONE FOUR. PLEASE WAIT FOR NO SIGNAL"
-
Nope doesn't work on my galaxy s vibrant or my iphone 3gs
-
@ColonelChaos09 nokia doesn't lose any bars or DL speed no matter how you hold it
i used to have the nokia 5800
it was hard for me to let go but when i got my g2, the 5800 flew out the window
i still think that the 5800 is better then the iphone 4 but the g2 and android are just too good to be true
android has a few flaws in comparison to Nokia but none in comparison to the iphone

@rkukentertainment You are right-handed, no doubt. Different story for me being a leftie. It is a real issue, as is the weak back glass - smart r-tard came up with that brilliant idea 'Ooh, let's make the back of the phone out of tempered glass...' Tempered is only slightly tougher than regular window glass that shatters into shards. Gorilla glass is a different story and only the first 6 months of i1 phones had Gorilla glass, then the company cut corners by using cheaper glass from then on. :)

I don't even have a bumper on my iPhone 4, I think everyone is really overexsadurating a very small issues, ignore the bars, never had a drop call on any phone for that matter, although I don't live in the US where the majorly plagued AT&T are.

your phone looks stupid it looks like ur holding it up side down but u aint
All phones have a "death grip", it's just SGS don't drop calls as frequently as the iPhone Flaw ... I mean 4 lol. We don't need a "bumper" and we can hold this phone however we want. So Steve Jobs can blow a cock.

Ugh. People need to stop comparing "bars" and use REAL metrics like signal strength in dBm. It's easy to access said info on any Android device. Stop being tards and just do it!
