Oh also RA-Tech, any chance of releasing steel outer barrel for glock as well? especially with optional 14mm- threads!

KSC G-series parts are hard to come by and the potmetal slide release will be toast in short order. Most KSC G-series seem to have a life expectancy of about 5 years - 3 or less for hard used gun - even less if it's a select-fire model.

Great, now that you've made a steel slide. How about making a complete internal parts kit in steel - at least all the (pot)metal parts? Reason being, with the heavier steel slide and increased gas output to move it, lesser quality parts WILL wear out faster. Even aftermarket cnc aluminum 7075 parts will be worn out by a cast steel part eventually. If you made this happen, a KSC G19/17 would prolly last forever! Until a steel parts kit comes out, I'll hold off and stick to my aluminum slide.

WE Tech open bolt rifles were way better than G&P or WA. Especially when they can be upgrade freely without being aware of steel parts weight 'em down or get 'em broken...

@ratech5915 Will you make a steel outer barrel for the M16? Or perhaps a better receiver with better material and markings?

I can see how WE got a little mistake on the M16's upper receiver. Check it out, you'll notice between the real steel and the airsoft.

I have been wanting a steel slide with *deeply engraved* authentic trademarks for my KSC G19 for many years now. I think that the speed of the blowback on both of the G19 and G17 steel slides should be increased by quite a lot, and I would like to see a much heavier recoil as well. Also, I would like the extractor to be a separate component, like on the PGC Glock slides - This will add to the realism. Remember to add the small Glock logo on the ejection port side of the slide, too! :)

I just hope that in your final M16 Steel Bolt product you will be including the bolt bearing in the Fake Gas Key just like the WE original, this gives smoother cycling...
