Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter - Japan 970702 (Failing Board)

As if the Japanese release isn't weird enough, the sounds have been changed in this version. I don't know very much about obscure Capcom versions but this is one of the weirdest boards I own now.

The sound effects are altered a lot, Chun Li's sound effects come out during some of Zangiefs moves and weird stuff like that. The background music seems to be really crazy and altered as well. But I haven't played this game in forever so who knows.

I'll upload a better video later when I move everything to a better TV.

@Jiterdomer That is in the standard 970702 Japan version. I am told by TerryMasters that this is probably an error in the game, not a hack. I don't see why they would go through all the trouble just to alter sounds and music.

@HeyImPikachu Also the never before seen screen at 0:52 is used in this version while the rest of the versions is unused and that music is still in the sound test
